Thanks for sharing this piece, I was doing YFH with Adriene, =sometimes with other youtubbers- pre-pandemic. I did go the YNH yoga not at home once a week on Sunday, my alternative to church. Not sure, if I will return to YNH post pandemic, I have found another routine- cooking Sunday soup :)
